Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund to the Public Education Department for fiscal years 2027 and 2028

Establishes a pilot program providing K-12 students and their families with free access to a comprehensive, evidence-based mental health support platform

Platform will offer mental health education, self-management resources, and care navigation supports

Requires the Public Education Department to contract for services to implement the pilot program and submit an impact report to the Legislative Education Study Committee

Any unexpended funds at the end of fiscal year 2028 revert to the general fund
