Amends the Delinquency Act (Section 32A-2-3 NMSA 1978) to add violation of a curfew ordinance adopted by a county or municipality to the definition of "delinquent act"

Children who violate local curfew laws would be subject to the juvenile justice system and could be adjudicated as "delinquent children"

Reorganizes the existing definition of "delinquent act" into two categories: acts that would be crimes if committed by adults, and specific enumerated activities including underage alcohol possession and now curfew violations

Retains all existing delinquent act categories including DUI, vehicle offenses, controlled substance violations, graffiti, escape from custody, and protection order violations
