Appropriates $200,000 from the general fund to the Children, Youth and Families Department for fiscal year 2027

Funds statewide support and family affirmation services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) families

Provides education and outreach services to encourage LGBTQ persons and families to consider foster parenting and adoption

Any unexpended funds at the end of fiscal year 2027 revert to the general fund
