Expands the crime of unauthorized distribution of sensitive images to include AI-generated "sensitive deepfake images" depicting a person's nude body or engaging in intimate acts without their consent

Creates a new crime of "threatening to distribute sensitive images" (including deepfakes), classified as a petty misdemeanor for first offense and misdemeanor for subsequent convictions

Defines "sensitive deepfake image" as any digitally created, altered, or manipulated image, recording, or digital depiction showing a person with uncovered genitals, exposed breasts, or engaging in sexual acts

Establishes civil causes of action allowing victims to sue for libel, slander, or invasion of privacy based on publication of sensitive deepfakes, with consent to creation not constituting consent to distribution

Authorizes victims to recover actual damages, defendant's monetary gains, punitive damages, attorney fees, and court costs in successful civil claims
