Amends Section 31-18-27 NMSA 1978 to add a statutory definition of "fentanyl" for criminal sentencing enhancement purposes

Defines "fentanyl" to include fentanyl-related substances, analogs, and chemically similar substances produced illegally, specifically naming para-bromofentanyl, para-fluoroacetyl fentanyl, and para-methyl acetyl fentanyl

Maintains existing sentence enhancements: up to 3 years for possession of 100-500 pills/tablets or 10-50 grams of powder; up to 5 years for more than 500 pills or more than 50 grams of powder

Preserves the 5-year enhancement for individuals who recruit, coordinate, organize, supervise, direct, manage, or finance others to commit fentanyl trafficking
