Appropriates $2,000,000 from the general fund to the University of New Mexico Board of Regents for fiscal year 2027

Funds the UNM Health Sciences Center's "Pathways Statewide Collaborative" program

Supports health professional pathway programs including science, technology, engineering, math (STEM), and health sciences programs

Includes youth leadership development activities as part of the program

Any unexpended balance at the end of fiscal year 2027 reverts to the general fund
