Appropriates $100,000,000 from the general fund to the Office of Natural Resources Trustee for fiscal years 2027 through 2029

Funds designated for purchasing land or interests in land for the creation, expansion, or restoration of public land

Up to $30,000,000 of the appropriation may be used as state matching funds for political subdivisions approved for federal disaster assistance

Any unexpended balance at the end of fiscal year 2029 reverts to the general fund
