Monthly payments to parents of children not enrolled in state-funded child care or pre-kindergarten: $2,500 per infant (0-24 months), $1,975 per toddler (24-36 months), and $1,375 per preschool-age child (3-5 years)

Applications must include documentation of the child's birth date or guardianship, parent relationship, in-state residency, and proof the child is not enrolled in a state-funded program

The Early Childhood Education and Care Department must make a determination within 60 calendar days of receiving a completed application

Parents who submit fraudulent documentation are ineligible; if multiple parents apply for the same child, payment is divided evenly unless one parent has sole custody

"Parent" includes legal guardians under this program
