Appropriates $5,000,000 from the general fund to the Office of Broadband Access and Expansion for fiscal year 2027 and subsequent fiscal years

Funds will assist low-income persons in obtaining affordable broadband service in unincorporated areas or municipalities with populations of 20,000 or less

Eligibility extends to residents living on land within reservation or pueblo grant boundaries of Indian nations, tribes, or pueblos

Eligibility also includes those on land held in trust by the United States for Indian nations, tribes, or pueblos

Unexpended balances at the end of each fiscal year do not revert to the general fund, allowing funds to carry forward
