Defines "domestic violence crime" to include assault, aggravated assault, battery, aggravated battery against a household member, criminal damage to household member property, and violating a court protection order under the Family Violence Protection Act

Creates a new expedited expungement process for domestic violence charges that result in acquittal or dismissal with prejudice, allowing requests to be filed any time after the case concludes rather than waiting one year

Requires courts to complete expungement of domestic violence records within 30 days of the order and notify the person when expungement is finished

Prohibits charging any fees for submitting expungement requests or processing expungements for domestic violence cases

Exempts arrest records for domestic violence crimes from the disclosure requirement that applies to employment with financial institutions regulated by FINRA or the SEC
