Lobbyists and their employers must file lobbying activity reports with the Secretary of State disclosing the specific legislation lobbied, their position (support, opposition, or other), and the employer's name

Reports must be filed within 48 hours of commencing lobbying activity, including lobbying on legislation development prior to formal introduction

Lobbying activity reports for each bill must be included or linked on the legislature's website for that specific piece of legislation

All registration, expenditure, and lobbying activity reports must be archived and publicly accessible on the Secretary of State's lobbyist disclosure website for at least 10 years

Effective date is January 1, 2027
