Expands New Mexico's ticket scalping law beyond college athletic events to include events presented by the state, political subdivisions, or 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations

Defines ticket scalping as selling tickets at a price greater than the admission price or the price printed on the ticket

Each ticket sold in violation constitutes a separate criminal offense

Allows service fees for ticket sales when permitted by contract between the seller and event sponsor/promoter

Ticket scalping remains a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $500, imprisonment for less than one year, or both
