Creates the new crime of "digital sabotage of a business" covering unauthorized use or modification of a business's digital resources to redirect internet searches, damage digital operations, or harm business reputation through false information

Establishes tiered penalties: petty misdemeanor for damage of $250 or less; misdemeanor for $250-$500; fourth degree felony for $500-$2,500; third degree felony for $2,500-$20,000; second degree felony for damage exceeding $20,000

Allows escalation to fourth degree felony for repeat offenders with two prior convictions within ten years, even if individual offenses caused less than $500 in damage

Adds new definitions to the Computer Crimes Act including "digital resource" (computers, networks, domain name systems, software applications) and "domain name system"

Effective date of July 1, 2026
