Appropriates $5,000,000 to the Cultural Affairs Facilities Infrastructure Fund

All appropriations come from the Public Project Revolving Fund and are available for expenditure beginning fiscal year 2027 and subsequent fiscal years

Unexpended or unencumbered balances at the end of a fiscal year do not revert to the Public Project Revolving Fund
