Provider agencies must maintain accounting records documenting the 70% spending requirement and make records available to the Health Care Authority upon request

$51.4 million appropriated from the general fund to the Health Care Authority for fiscal year 2027 to implement the updated fee schedule, with unexpended funds reverting to the general fund
