Creates a six-member Space Commission Working Group to study the feasibility of establishing a permanent state space commission as the statewide authority for the aerospace industry

Members appointed by the governor, lieutenant governor, senate president pro tempore, house speaker, and minority floor leaders from both chambers, with appointments due by July 1, 2026

Working group must develop recommendations including identification of key aerospace stakeholders, a strategic plan with educational and workforce pathways, and a proposed board of directors structure with budgetary requirements

Final report due to the interim legislative economic development committee by October 1, 2026

Economic Development Department provides staff and administrative support; working group dissolves December 31, 2026
