Requests the Environmental Improvement Board to report on implementation of the Per- and Poly-Fluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Protection Act (House Bill 212, signed April 8, 2025) and the efficacy of rules promulgated under that act

Requests the Department of Environment to assess public health, environmental, and economic risks of exemptions in the PFAS Protection Act, including whether the fluoropolymer exemption should be continued, modified, or removed

Requires preliminary findings presented to interim legislative committees by December 1, 2026, with a final report to the governor and legislature by August 1, 2027

Copies of the memorial to be transmitted to the Secretary of Environment, the Environmental Improvement Board chair, and the Governor's office
