Declares January 30, 2026 as "New Mexico Food and Farms Day" in the House of Representatives to celebrate local food, farming, and ranching initiatives

Recognizes 2026 award recipients including: Farmers and Crafts Market of Las Cruces (Good Food for New Mexico Award), La Semilla Food Center and New Mexico Agrarian Commons (Sowing Change Award), and Gathings Gardens LLC (Heart of the Land Award)

Honors new farmer Kiera McCabe of Skoden Farm LLC with the Growing the Future Award and Jennifer and Jason Moberly with Running M Farms and Ranches for the Living Land Award

Presents the New Mexico Grown Golden Chile Award to schools, senior centers, and early child care centers that purchase locally grown products from New Mexico farmers and ranchers

Directs a copy of the memorial be transmitted to the policy director of Farm to Table New Mexico
