Workshop to be sponsored by the Wild Friends Program at UNM School of Law, the UNM Museum of Southwestern Biology, and the Xerces Society

Encourages state agencies to disseminate educational information about insects to the public, including materials designed by students in the Wild Friends Program

Notes that state land management agencies manage over 9 million acres in New Mexico and references a 2025 law that amended the statutory definition of "wildlife" to include invertebrates such as insects
