UNM awarded $191 million in scholarships in 2024-2025 and conferred over 5,000 degrees in 2025, including approximately 3,400 bachelor's degrees, 900+ master's degrees, 108 law degrees, and 97 medical doctorates

UNM Health Sciences Center operates the state's only Level One trauma center with approximately one million patient visits annually and hosts New Mexico's only NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center

Directs that a copy of the memorial be transmitted to the UNM president
