Appropriates $20,000,000 from the general fund to the Public Education Department for fiscal year 2027 and subsequent years to sustain and expand comprehensive, affordable out-of-school time programming for school-age youth statewide

Allocates $10,000,000 for school districts, charter schools, Bureau of Indian Education schools, and tribally controlled schools

Allocates $10,000,000 for contracting with local and statewide nonprofit community organizations that provide out-of-school time programming

Unexpended balances at the end of any fiscal year do not revert to the general fund, allowing funds to carry forward
