Appropriates $15,000,000 from the general fund to the Interstate Stream Commission for bosque management projects in the middle Rio Grande valley

Funds may be used to plan, implement, and maintain bosque management projects

Expenditure authorized for fiscal years 2027 and 2028

Any unexpended balance at the end of fiscal year 2028 reverts to the general fund
