Amends Section 66-1-4.14 NMSA 1978 to expand the definition of "personal information" in the Motor Vehicle Code

Adds "gender identity," "immigration status," and "national origin" as protected categories of personal information

Personal information under this definition includes: photograph, social security number, driver identification number, name, address (except zip code), telephone number, medical or disability information, and sex

Excludes from the definition of personal information: vehicle information, vehicle ownership records, vehicular accident data, driving violations, and driver status
