Prohibits the New Mexico Health Care Authority from using noncash benefits (such as services, referrals, brochures, or digital resources) from the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program to confer categorical eligibility for federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits

Limits SNAP categorical eligibility to households where each member receives cash assistance of at least $75/month for six consecutive months, Social Security benefits, or general assistance benefits

Prevents the authority from eliminating SNAP's asset limit or expanding gross income standards above federal maximums through state benefit or resource policies

Requires the Health Care Authority to promulgate implementing rules by April 1, 2027, with the act taking effect January 1, 2027
