Designates April 30 of each year as "Miguel Trujillo Day" to honor the Marine veteran and Pueblo of Isleta member who secured voting rights for Native Americans living on tribal lands in New Mexico

Encourages New Mexicans to observe the day with education, celebration, and reflection on voting rights and indigenous leadership

Appropriates $75,000 from the general fund to the Indian Affairs Department for fiscal year 2027

Funds will support development of educational materials, coordination with tribes and schools for observance events, and creation of digital and print resources about Miguel Trujillo's life and accomplishments

Any unexpended balance at the end of fiscal year 2027 reverts to the general fund
