State agencies must use "Judea and Samaria," "Judea," or "Samaria" in official government materials when referring to territory adjacent to Jordan that Israel gained control of after the 1967 Six-Day War

"Official government material" includes administrative rules, briefings, communications, guidance, press releases, and work product documents prepared by state agencies

Teaching and research materials used or produced by post-secondary instructors employed by state agencies are exempt from these requirements
