Doubles the sentence enhancement for using a firearm during a drug transaction, aggravated burglary, or serious violent offense from 1 year to 2 years

Increases the sentence enhancement for brandishing a firearm during a noncapital felony from 3 years to 6 years

Increases the sentence enhancement for discharging a firearm during a noncapital felony from 5 years to 10 years

Doubles the enhancement for second or subsequent firearm offenses from 5 years to 10 years

Maintains lower enhancement limits for serious youthful offenders and youthful offenders who received adult sentences (1-3 years depending on the offense type)
