Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund to the Department of Public Safety in fiscal year 2027 to modernize statewide operations and systems for Turquoise, AMBER, Brittany, and Silver alerts, as well as endangered and missing persons advisories

Appropriates $300,000 for two full-time employees: a tribal liaison analyst for the missing persons information clearinghouse and a developer for the information technology division to create an endangered and missing persons portal

Appropriates $250,000 to the Indian Affairs Department for a statewide outreach and public service campaign to build awareness, improve response efficacy, and strengthen trust in the Turquoise Alert system

Any unexpended funds remaining at the end of fiscal year 2027 revert to the general fund
