Family planning services under Medicaid must be reimbursed without quantity limits, utilization controls, or prior authorization, and recipients may choose any licensed New Mexico provider regardless of managed care enrollment

Provisions apply to policies delivered, issued, renewed, extended, or amended beginning January 1, 2027, with exemptions for high-deductible plans until deductibles are met and limited-benefit or disease-specific plans
