Increases the annual transfer from the New Mexico Irrigation Works Construction Fund to the Acequia and Community Ditch Infrastructure Fund from the current amount to $5,000,000

Maintains the existing $1,000,000 annual transfer from the Irrigation Works Construction Fund to the Forest Land Protection Revolving Fund

Amends Section 72-14-23 NMSA 1978, which governs the New Mexico Irrigation Works Construction Fund

Effective date is July 1, 2026
