Appropriates $33,000,000 from the general fund to the Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and Administration for fiscal year 2027

Establishes tribal liaison programs in county clerk offices to assist Native American populations with electoral access

Programs would provide voter education and awareness, translation services, and voter registration drives on a nonpartisan basis

County participation in the program is voluntary

Any unexpended funds at the end of fiscal year 2027 revert to the general fund
