County sheriffs must maintain local registries, while the Department of Public Safety must maintain a central statewide registry of all registered offenders

The Department of Public Safety must publish a public website displaying registrants' names, aliases, conviction offenses, and photographs

Registrants who move to a new county must register with the new county sheriff within five business days of establishing residence

Courts must provide written notice to convicted persons of their duty to register under this section
