Amends Section 30-31-23 NMSA 1978 to grant courts continuing sentencing jurisdiction over convictions for possessing controlled substances

Allows courts to impose the full original sentence if a person violates any condition of probation when their sentence was suspended or deferred in whole or in part

Prohibits credit for time served on probation when a probation violation results in imposition of the original sentence

Applies to all controlled substance possession convictions under this section, including synthetic cannabinoids, Schedule I-IV substances, and narcotic drugs
