Appropriates $3,000,000 from the general fund to the Children, Youth and Families Department for fiscal year 2027

Funds will support the Office of Tribal Affairs to contract for a field liaison position

Field liaison will ensure compliance with the Indian Family Protection Act and the federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978

Any unexpended balance at the end of fiscal year 2027 reverts to the general fund
