Creates new crime of "indecent exposure to a child out of public view" under Chapter 30, Article 9 NMSA 1978

Applies to persons 18 years or older who knowingly and intentionally expose their primary genital area to a child in a lewd and lascivious manner in a nonpublic place

Defines "child" as a person under 18 years of age

Defines "primary genital area" as the mons pubis, penis, testicles, mons veneris, vulva, or vagina

Classifies the offense as a fourth degree felony
