Creates a new fourth degree felony for threatening a law enforcement officer or their immediate family member with intent to cause fear of great bodily harm, prevent the officer from performing duties, or retaliate for official actions

Establishes a new misdemeanor offense for maliciously sharing personal information (physical address, phone number, email, or location) of law enforcement officers or their immediate family members

Covers local, state, federal, and tribal law enforcement officers

Defines "immediate family member" to include spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, as well as step-relatives and adoptive relationships
