Appropriates $5,000,000 from the general fund to the Children, Youth and Families Department for fiscal year 2027

Funds will improve computer hardware and software used in child welfare cases

Technology upgrades must be compatible with the national child welfare data management system used by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Any unexpended balance at the end of fiscal year 2027 reverts to the general fund
