Public Education Department must publish preliminary data on standards-based assessment results by September 1 of each year, including proficiency rates by subject, grade, school level, district level, statewide performance, and student demographics

Assessment data must be conspicuously published on the department's website in an accessible and user-friendly digital format

Annual accountability reports for school districts and state-chartered charter schools must be published no later than November 15 of each year in a newspaper of general circulation and on the district/school website

Student demographic data in reports must be disaggregated by ethnicity, race, limited English proficiency, students with disabilities, poverty, and gender

Department must create a data system for both preliminary and accountability data through which information from each public school, district, and charter school may be compiled and reviewed
