Funds UNM's graduate medical education program to help hospitals develop and expand physician residency positions in medically underserved rural areas

Targets residencies in five specialty areas: family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatrics

Unexpended balance at the end of fiscal year 2029 reverts to the general fund
