Adds a new section to New Mexico's Human Rights Act explicitly prohibiting antisemitic discrimination

Defines "antisemitic" as hatred toward Jewish people, including rhetorical and physical manifestations directed at Jewish people, those perceived to be Jewish, their property, or Jewish community institutions and religious facilities

Applies the prohibition to persons, employers, labor organizations, employment agencies, public accommodations, public bodies, and their officers, employees, or contractors

Allows individuals claiming to be victims of antisemitic discrimination to file claims through the existing Human Rights Act process
