Directs the first memorial corridor designation to honor Officer Darian Jarrott on Interstate 10 in Luna County

Requires each memorial segment to display signs stating: "In honor of [rank] [full name], New Mexico State Police - Killed in the Line of Duty"

Department of Transportation would use available funds and private donations for sign fabrication, installation, and maintenance, and coordinate dedication ceremonies with local governments and law enforcement associations

Department of Public Safety would maintain an official online registry listing each fallen officer's name, date of death, and corresponding memorial highway segment
