Proposes amending Article 7, Section 1 of the New Mexico Constitution to remove the requirement that school elections be held at different times from partisan elections

Would allow school board elections to be consolidated with general partisan elections, potentially increasing voter participation in school races

Requires voter approval through a ballot measure at the next general election or a special election called for that purpose
