General Services Department will exchange five state-owned parcels (Tracts A, B, D, 3, and O-1) in Santa Fe's "midtown campus" area totaling approximately 19.5 acres for one city-owned parcel at 4491 Cerrillos Road containing 34.9764 acres

State property appraised at $6,500,000; city property appraised at $8,630,000, with no additional compensation required in the exchange

Legislative ratification required under Section 13-6-3 NMSA 1978 because the transaction exceeds the $550,000 threshold for state agency property sales or trades

State parcels include land at Siringo Road (off Alumni Drive) and 1600 Saint Michael's Drive in Santa Fe

Copies of the resolution will be transmitted to the Secretary of General Services, the Mayor of Santa Fe, and the Santa Fe City Council
