Working group membership would include representatives from the Department of Finance and Administration, Legislative Finance Committee, domestic violence providers statewide, and the New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence

Study must provide an accounting of all domestic-violence-related funds administered by CYFD, including how funds are distributed, administrative structures, pass-through arrangements, and timelines

Study must identify all entities receiving funds and the specific amounts each receives

Working group must recommend the funding level needed to fully fund domestic violence support services statewide, with focus on directing support to domestic violence providers
