Requests the General Services Department, Department of Transportation, and State Parks Division to identify and recommend a public location to commemorate Roberto A. Mondragon, who served two terms as New Mexico's lieutenant governor (1971-1975 and 1979-1983) and died January 7, 2026 at age 85

Mondragon served as a Democratic state representative for Bernalillo County from 1967 to 1970, was director of the commission on aging (1975-1978), director of the state housing authority (1983-1985), and special water projects coordinator for the state engineer's office (2005)

Recognized as a champion of workers, rural communities, land grant-merced justice, services for the aged, juvenile justice, migrant worker welfare, and Hispanic civil rights

Honored for cultural contributions as a storyteller, musician, radio host, and co-owner of the nonprofit Aspectos Culturales, which created bilingual educational materials

Agencies would submit location recommendations (such as a state park, campground, roadway, or landscaped area at a state building) to the Legislative Finance Committee
