Declares void the regulations adopted by the Colorado River Commission of Nevada codified as NAC 321.100 to 321.230, which govern the development and disposal of land in the Fort Mohave Valley

Requires the Legislative Counsel to remove these voided regulations from the Nevada Administrative Code

Addresses outdated regulations that remained on the books after Senate Bill 301 (2007) transferred administrative authority for the Fort Mohave Valley Development Law from the Colorado River Commission to the Clark County Board of County Commissioners

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval
