Prohibits possession of firearms in or within 100 feet of election sites, including polling places, central counting places, and ballot drop box locations

Exempts law enforcement officers (on or off duty), hired security personnel, firearms kept in vehicles (if not brandished or removed), and lawful possession in residences or businesses within the 100-foot zone

Violation is a gross misdemeanor; knowingly possessing a firearm with intent to disrupt elections, interfere with vote counting, or monitor voters is a category D felony

Requires county clerks, registrars of voters, or city clerks to post signs (at least 17x11 inches) at the outer limits of the firearm-prohibited zone during voting periods
