Authorizes the Administrator of the State Public Works Division, in coordination with the Nevada State Museum Director, to rent or lease rooms in the Capitol Building for private events

Requires the Administrator to charge a fee for room rentals, with all revenue deposited in a separate State Treasury account dedicated exclusively to Capitol Building maintenance

Rental revenue does not revert to the State General Fund at the end of each fiscal year and earns interest credited to the maintenance account

Creates an exception to the existing prohibition on alcohol sales in the Capitol Building, allowing spirituous or malt liquors, wines, and cider to be served at approved rental events

Requires a two-thirds majority vote for passage and directs the Administrator to adopt implementing regulations
