Requires petitions for judicial review of unemployment benefits decisions to comply with Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure for service of summons and complaint, in addition to existing statutory requirements

Courts lose jurisdiction and must dismiss the action if an appellant fails to properly serve a petition on the Administrator within 45 days after commencing the action

Allows the Administrator to file a motion to dismiss within 45 days of receiving a deficient petition, with appellants given 10 business days to cure all deficiencies

Courts must grant dismissal motions if petition deficiencies are not cured within the 10 business day period, with no judicial discretion to excuse non-compliance

Applies to petitions for judicial review filed on or after the effective date, which is upon passage and approval
