Expands eligibility to request court-ordered confidentiality of personal information held by county recorders, county assessors, and elections officials to include employees of law enforcement agencies and prosecutors' offices who interact with the public and perform administrative or support tasks

Covered job functions include emergency dispatch operations, records/evidence collection and maintenance, investigative tasks, victim advocacy, and general administrative duties

Amends three Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 247.540, 250.140, and 293.908) to add this new category of eligible persons alongside existing categories like judges, peace officers, prosecutors, and public defenders

Extends confidentiality eligibility to spouses, domestic partners, and minor children of newly covered employees, consistent with existing protections for other categories

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval
